About Us:
Prof. Kevin Haria is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), and CFA Charterholder, teaching CFA Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 exam preparation. Each video lecture package includes recorded video lectures and printed hand-written notes couriered to your registered address. We do not sell hand notes, question banks, or study material as standalone products, and we do not provide downloadable digital notes.
Video Lecture Access:
Access to video lectures is granted within 48 hours after successful payment. Each package’s validity period (in months, or exam-attempt-based) is stated on the product page, and access automatically expires at the end of this period. Access is for the personal, non-transferable use of the purchasing student only — login sharing, simultaneous multi-device streaming beyond the permitted limit, screen recording, downloading, or redistribution of video content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Shipping Policy:
Once the Order is received, the printed hand notes included with your package are shipped within 3-6 working days.
We ship through third party logistics providers (eg. Shiprocket) which list courier companies on their portal (eg. Xpressbees, Delhivery, etc.) depending on the Pin Code availability.
Normally the notes should reach the recipient by 14 working days from the Shipping Date.
When shipped, the consignment can be tracked using the Consignment Number / Tracking ID sent via SMS.
We do not charge shipping cost separately — it is included in the package price. If the Consignment is returned for any reason, the Student shall bear the Extra Shipping Charges ranging from ₹70 to ₹155 depending on location.
Refund Policy:
Because video lecture access is delivered instantly upon purchase, packages are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a verified technical fault on our end prevents access and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, or where you were charged in error or duplicate for the same package.
Extension of classes:
An extension fee of Rs.5000 applies for 4 extra months from the date of expiry of original validity. Number of views aren’t extended in that case.
Intellectual Property:
All video lectures and hand-written notes are the exclusive property of Prof. Kevin Haria, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Copying, screen-recording, scanning, uploading, reselling, or sharing of this content in any form is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent termination of access without refund, along with possible legal action.
Cancellations:
Once access has been granted, we do not offer cancellations — the Student should read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
