Shipping Policy:
Once the Order is received, the product is shipped within 3-6 working days.
We ship the Books through third party logistics providers (eg. Shiprocket/Bicree) which list courier companies on their portal (eg. Xpressbees, Delhivery, etc.) depending on the Pin Code availability.
Normally the Product should reach the recipient by 14 working days from the Shipping Date.
When a product is shipped, it can be tracked using the Consignment Number / Tracking ID given to them via sms.
Currently, we do not charge shipping cost separately. It is included in the product prices. If at all the Consignment is returned for any particular reason, then the Student shall bear the Extra Shipping Charges ranging from 70 to 155 depending on location.
Refund Policy:
All packages are non-refundable.
Extension of classes:
An extension fee of Rs.5000 applies for 4 extra months from the date of expiry of original validity. Number of views aren’t extended in that case.
Cancellations:
We do not offer any cancellations. The user has to read the descriptions and then only purchase.
