This includes your name, e-mail address, phone number, shipping address (for the printed hand notes included with your package), and course level purchased. Payment information — we do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details; all payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway, and we only receive confirmation of payment status and a transaction reference. Usage data — video watch progress, device/browser type, IP address, and login activity, collected primarily to prevent unauthorized account sharing and piracy of paid video content. Communication records — when you communicate with us via email, phone, WhatsApp, or the Website, we may maintain a record of that communication.
